While the courier representative is present, the customer can open the parcel box, hold the product and do a preliminary check.
The customer can verify the following:
Pre-Payment Verification is only to check the product's identity, packaging and match with the order.
After completing payment, the customer can open the product's Original Packaging and test the fragrance.
If, during Pre-Payment Verification, the customer finds that instead of the product they ordered a wrong product has been sent, they can inform the courier representative on the spot.
If we send a wrong product without any additional Delivery Charge the correct product will be exchanged.
At SCENTOCLOCKS we sell 100% Original & Authentic Perfume Every product of ours is given the highest priority for being original.
Therefore, there is no need to sniff the fragrance just to confirm the product is original.
A perfume's fragrance can be perceived differently by different people. So before ordering, we recommend discussing your preferred fragrance with our Customer Support Team.
Our team will help you choose the right perfume based on your preference, occasion and fragrance profile.
We request customers to be sure about the fragrance before placing an order.
After completing payment, when the customer opens the product's Original Packaging, we request that a Clear & Continuous Unboxing Video is recorded.
After reviewing the Unboxing Video and necessary evidence, where applicable Return or Exchange action will be taken.
Keep a clear, continuous video from the start of opening the parcel until the whole product is taken out.
Return or Exchange will not be accepted solely because the fragrance, bottle or packaging is not liked.
