After you place an order, the Scentoclocks team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. Providing your correct name, mobile number and full delivery address is the customer's responsibility.

Every perfume sold at Scentoclocks is 100% Original & Authentic. We have a physical shop in Dubai and work commercially with various perfume companies and brands, so our customers can be confident about the authenticity of the products.

International delivery from UAE to Bangladesh is completely FREE. We generally try to deliver the order to Bangladesh within a maximum of 7 days.

After arriving in Bangladesh, the local courier delivery charge applies.

When confirming an order, Scentoclocks collects only the local delivery charge for Bangladesh in advance.

The remaining product price must be paid via the selected payment/COD method.

A cancellation request can be made before the order is handed over to the courier. Once the shipment has been sent to the courier, cancellation may not be accepted.

If you find any problem with the bottle, packaging or product after receiving it, please contact Scentoclocks promptly. Return or exchange will be considered based on the product's condition and our applicable policy.

The customer must provide a correct name, mobile number and full delivery address, and must respond to the courier's call/message to receive the delivery.

If delivery fails due to a wrong address, wrong phone number or the customer being unavailable, an additional courier charge may apply.

We generally try to complete delivery within 7 days. However, slight delays may occur due to courier operations, public holidays, weather, customs or other unforeseen circumstances.

Scentoclocks reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms & Conditions as needed.
